- ATP World Tour - Provision of simultaneous interpreters in the English, French & Spanish languages for the "ATP Mandatory Player Meeting" held at the Hotel Sofitel in Melbourne on 17th January 2009.
- Xstrata Copper - Simultaneous interpretation in the Spanish & English languages for the “Senior Management Leadership Development Program” held at the Sheraton Mirage Resort & Spa, Gold Coast, for a period of 5 days from 8th to 12th June 2009.
- Confucius Institute - Simultaneous Interpretation in the Mandarin language for the CI Conference at the Duxton Hotel, Perth on the 12th June 2009.
- Shanghai Week (Qld Government) - Simultaneous Interpretation in the Mandarin language for the “Shanghai Week in Queensland” held at the Hilton Hotel, Brisbane on the 26th June 2009.
- REA Group - Provision of simultaneous interpreters in the English, French & Italian languages for the "REA Group Meeting" held at the Hyatt Coolum Hotel on the Sunshine Coast on 9th and 10th July 2009.
- International Labour Organisation - Simultaneous Interpretation in French for the "International Society for Labour & Social Security Law XIX World Congress 2009" held at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, Sydney, 1st – 4th September 2009
- Duke of Edinburgh Award - Simultaneous Interpretation in the French Language for HRH Prince Edward and keynote speakers for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, held in Sydney on 29th & 31st October 2009.
- Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) - Full coordination of simultaneous interpreters in the English, Russian, French and Spanish languages for the “Convention on the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) XXVI Meeting” held at the CCAMLR Headquarters, Hobart, Tasmania from the 26th October to 6th November 2009 as well as an additional interpreters in the English, Russian, French and Spanish languages for the for the “Standing Committee on Implementation and Compliance (SCIC)” held at the CCAMLR Headquarters, Hobart, Tasmania from the 26th – 30th October 2009 – a total of 18 interpreters provided. (CII has provided full coordination for this annual event since 2002).
- Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) - Provision of Simultaneous Interpreting in the French language at the “International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN) Conference and Best Practices Workshop” at the Amora Hotel Jamison, Sydney 9th – 11th November 2009.
