ONCALL Interpreters & Translators Agency Pty Ltd is managed by a management team of three professionals, two of which are also the Directors of the company.

Mr Hulus Hulusi
Director and Managing Director, has a wealth of experience in language services that goes back to the early eighties.

Ms Deniz Hulusi
Director and Operations Manager, has been the backbone of the ONCALL Agency operations since the late eighties, and is currently responsible for the Victorian office operations.

Mr Ari Pappas
Corporate Manager, has been with ONCALL since early 2005. Ari's extensive background in language services management commenced in 1976.
Ari is responsible for developing business opportunities for ONCALL Australia-wide. He will be responsible as the Relationship Manager for the CRS Australia Contract, should we be successful in this Quotation bid. He will undertake all responsibility for the implementation of the Contract by the due date, maintenance of the Contract requirements and liaising with the Operations Manager will oversee that the contact runs smoothly to CRS Australia’s expectations.

Mr John Zahra
Financial Controller, has 15 years local experience in the role of Financial Controller for service based industries. Prior to this, he has had additional experience in finance overseas.

Ms Peps Demirel, Manager & Co-ordinator, Conference Interpreters International

Ms Peps Demirel, Manager & Language Coordinator, has over 20 years experience in the language services industry, specialising in Project and Conference Management. Peps will be personally involved in the management before, during and after your event.

Ms Ingrid Burrowes

Ms Ingrid Burrowes is a highly skilled professional with a diverse work history in the language services arena. Ingrid has significant experience in the co-ordination of translation services, where she also was responsible for the seamless delivery subtitle and dubbed language files, as well as sourcing new language markets and being responsible for incorporating new technologies to improve speed and quality of language delivery.

Mr Steve Harris
Office Manager, NSW, oversees the daily operations, reporting to Ari Pappas, Corporate Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Interstate Offices. Steve will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the CRS Australia Contract in NSW & ACT, liaising with Relationship Manager for CRS Australia, Ari Pappas.

Ms Erin Wright
Office Manager, QLD, oversees the daily operations, reporting to Ari Pappas, Corporate Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Interstate Offices. Erin will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the CRS Australia Contract in QLD & NT, liaising with Relationship Manager for CRS Australia, Ari Pappas.

Ms Karen Gilchrist
Office Manager, WA, oversees the daily operations, reporting to Ari Pappas, Corporate Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Interstate Offices. Karen will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the CRS Australia Contract in QLD & NT, liaising with Relationship Manager for CRS Australia, Ari Pappas.

Ms Therese Turner
Office Manager, SA, oversees the daily operations, reporting to Ari Pappas, Corporate Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Interstate Offices.
