ONCALL can send interpreters to your place of business for face-to-face sessions. This covers everything from one-on-one meetings to group sessions. Our on-site services include:
- Individual Assignments – interpreting for one to one situations
- Sessional Assignments - Interpreting sessions which are provided on a specific day for a specific duration, on a regular basis
- Group Assignments - Interpreting sessions which are provided in group settings

Our telephone interpreting set-up means there is no waiting or wrestling with phone linkups. We obtain all the necessary information from you and call you back when the interpreter and the Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) client are linked up, ready to go. (This method of interpreting is recommended for short sessions only).

ONCALL offers tailored training programs for our clients who work in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) environments. These programs are designed for people working in the service and other industries. Sessions are offered free of charge to new clients and form part of our service provision to clients that have formed partnerships with ONCALL.
Policy makers, senior managers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, police officers, administrative staff, and people working in the commercial and business sectors would all benefit from these programs.
During these programs participants learn a range of skills to develop a strategic direction for their business that will reflect on their clients’ needs.
