  • Extracting data and creating internal reports

  • Designing the access level to suit the needs of your organisation

Whilst NextGen is very easy to use, ONCALL can provide step-by-step user guides as well as organise onsite or remote training for your staff. Please use our general enquiry form here or contact your local office to organise.

If you are already registered with ONCALL as an interpreter, NextGen provides you with control over your jobs, which includes:

  • Amending your availability settings
  • Viewing your upcoming and past jobs

  • Amending or cancelling existing bookings

  • Viewing and accepting available jobs

  • Accessing your pay details
